The New Album Arirang A Symbolic Homecoming

BTS will officially release their highly anticipated album Arirang on March 20 2026. The title holds deep cultural significance as it refers to a famous Korean folk song that represents resilience and identity. This project marks the first time all seven members RM, Jin, Suga, J Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook have worked together on a full length studio album since 2022.

The album features 14 tracks that explore themes of evolution and reflection. According to recent tracklist reveals, the lead single is titled SWIM. This song is described as a metaphor for moving forward at one’s own pace. Other notable tracks include Body to Body, Hooligan, and Into the Sun. Proving their status as self producing artists, the members have heavy involvement in the songwriting and production. RM is credited on 13 out of 14 tracks, while others like Suga, J Hope, and Jungkook have also contributed significantly.

The sonic landscape of Arirang is expected to be incredibly diverse. BTS has collaborated with some of the most famous names in global music production including Ryan Tedder, Diplo, and Kevin Parker. This blend of experimental pop and electronic influences promises to bridge cultures once again.

To celebrate the release, fans can look forward to exclusive digital content. A special live performance titled BTS The Comeback Live Arirang will stream globally on Netflix on March 21 2026.
